Self head and neck lymph massage tutorial. Should be done very lightly and gently 4-8 reps at each location. Always start at chest and work up and back down to clear pathway for lymph to move through.

This is a triplanar or 3 position Gastroc/Solues/Plantar Fascia dynamic stretch that is demonstrated in a downdog position but can be modified as needed and done in standing at a wall, leaning onto a railing, etc.
This is a non weight bearing exercise (alternative to bridges and clams) that can help strengthen glutes for proper facilitation of glute activation in gait. The standing version is the wall press.
I call these "Back planks" or The Starfish Exercise to help improve posture and mid back strength. This is an exercise to help fight gravity and poor postural habits. It is also a way to stretch your pectoral muscles while strengthening at the same time. These should only be done pain free. I suggest starting with 3 seconds in each angle and build up to 5-10 seconds or longer and you can move your feet farther away to increase intensity too. Whole Body Neural Mobility Exercise. I developed this to help you manage neural tension in any of the major areas of the nervous system: including eyes, arms, thorax, and legs. This is to be done gently with breath and an inner focus on where you feel tension in your own nervous system. You can also add windshield wiper legs or hands palm up and down to add more complexity.
Thoracic Rotation stretch is a yoga based dynamic stretch for your thoracic spine, ribcage, and diaphragm mobility. Please do with gentle breath and inner focus on areas of tension and being mindful of keeping arm/shoulder in line with trunk.
Dynamic Stretch for ribcage, diaphragm, posterior shoulder rotator cuff muscles and thoracic spine. Great to do before a game and for mobility.
"Genies" for thoracic mobility. This is a dynamic stretch for upper extremity nerves and thorax to combat prolonged sitting. Adapted from Sherry McLaughlin STEM's exercise and Institute for human performance.
Wall Press for Core and Lower Body Efficient Engagement. This is a prolonged held exercise using PNF principles to engage efficient muscle firing patterns between the lower body and trunk. Great to do before a hike, bike, run, sport activity or any strenuous activity. Adapted from Institute of Physical Art "high step" exercise.
